Return Policy

Only unused and unopened skin care products may be returned. Used skin care products are non returnable and non refundable.

As we cannot monitor the end user for their skin type, health condition and product compatibility, we strongly recommend that you consult your physician or a skin care professional for an analysis of your particular skin type and sensitivity level before purchasing any product. No refund will be given for any reason relating to product effect or compatibility with your skin type, including allergic reaction. We do not guarantee the efficacy of products listed.

If you receive an incorrect or damaged item, please contact us via e-mail within 3 days of receiving your item for a Return Authorization (RA) number. The product must be returned within 10 days of the authorization. A replacement product will be sent upon receipt of the damaged or defective item.
