I bought the tallow magnesium lotion for use on the bottom of my feet at night. Magnesium helps with restless legs at night and helps me sleep better. My husband has very high arches, and a lot of foot pain. He works in heavy boots on concrete floors most of the time. He also has severe shoulder pain. I used the tallow magnesium lotion on the bottom of his feet. He told me he liked it, but didn’t really say why.
